Whole30: Week 2

This week was all about shortcuts. Since I’ve already gone through one Whole30, I like to think I’m a seasoned vet. I can order quickly at restaurants, make meals in 10 minutes, and choose what to buy vs. make from scratch. Here are a few things I’ve learned (and relearned) along the way.

Tips:

  • Things are sometimes better to buy than make: nut butters, ghee (clarified butter), fancy spice blends, pre-diced butternut squash (those things are beasts), tomato sauce (worth every penny)
  • Chipotle is everything.
